Matteo was born in Gardone Val Trompia in 1978. He reaches music world because of his mother, that patiently introduces him to the great treasure chest of italian classics of the '60-'70s era. It's the guitar that firstly hits him, as he decides to ask a favour to a friend and get the instrument, and learned to play by himself: he then begins to take lessons and reading manuals to satisfy his curiosity and develop his own style and musical taste. Mark Knopfler, Steve Lukather, Brian May, Steve Vai and many others quickly become his heroes...

After his guitar adolescence, Matteo decides to subscribe a course to Paideia music school: his aim is to learn to adequately play the king of instruments, the piano. Since then he plays both guitar and piano, in search of new ideas and sounds. Among all of his past musical projects he likes to remember "Fuori Forma", a group he toured with in Brescia's surroundings throughout 2003 and 2004 with a musical piece called "La vera storia di CR".

Matteo plays his Fender Stratocaster MiU dated 2007 as well as a Takamine acoustic, he owns a fm Guitars LesPaul-like guitar in nitro finish and a 2012 Fender Telecaster MiM; he uses Jad&Frèer and Joyo effects and Fender Deluxe valvestate amplification; he likes Ernie Ball and GHS strings, self-made cables and AKG pro ear-monitor. Among his musical appareil are also a Yamaha digital piano with Roland midi controller and many Virtual Instruments managed through his beloved Apple hardware (Mac Book Pro).

Matteo deeply partecipates in the execution of a piece, he feels the vibe when the guitar reaches its climax in a new born song as it grows. Among his interests are graphic design and colour, reading and photography, getting things he never knew and listening to musics he never heard. He widely loves the simple things in life, such as his beloved family (Nicoletta and little Andrea). He otherwise hates when he's unable to find the right solution whenever needed, the ones who give advice without listening first, the superficial attitude of the ones who judge without struggling to understand the others; he also dislike fixing things that broke and negatives unplanned.
