Giorgio was born in Brescia in 1983. He's been a perfomer since 1999, but his experience with the music begins as he was much younger: his father was an avid music listener, and Giorgio begins immediately to look and listen to his enormous vynil collection, featuring some of the best rock gems played back in the '70s. His older brother, Andrea, also played a big part in Giorgio's musical growth, as he brought in all the '90s influence from grunge movements and bands of the period.

As an adolescent, by the way, Giorgio limit himself to just listening; his curiosity towards drums was already there, but well hidden. As he turns sixteen he decides to follow a drum course by a local drum master: for more than a year he learns all the basics, and when he turns eighteen his parents gift him with a piece of hardware that's still playing in our rehearsal studio, a Shure Action drumkit back from the '70s. By then the real drumming adventure began: he tests himself in his basement, even if neighbours aren't so happy about it...

It's 2003, Giorgio works part-time as he's still a student, but music calls and with his firsts money he buys his longly beloved Pearl Export Set, loaded with Sabian and Zildjian cymbals and Vater pro rock drumsticks (5A). This new instrument will be heavily used in the following years as Giorgio forms, with a couple of friends, a new musical project called "Mirror Games", a power trio featuring Nicola on bass and Gabriele on guitars and vocals. The band spreads a rocky sound, and many of the critics are positives (frequently audicences tell them that they represent something near the famous power group "Verdena"): "Mirror Games" live a 4-years period of live performing around northern Italy and publish 2 albums, called respectively "Il Decadimento della Traccia Mnestica" (2005) and "Through You" (2007). After this musical adventure, eventually Giorgio call it a day and the group splits: he decides to take a break from musical performing and in the meantime he weds his beloved Francesca.

In the hot summer of 2010 a phone call from a couple of long time friends, Andrea and Fabio, reaches him concerning a new musical project: nothing like a cover group or so on, but a brand new band with new material to work on. Giorgio accepts enthusiastically and, well... the rest is here for you to see: SUPERCOLLIDER was born.

Giorgio loves to read and listening to the music (particularly Radiohead), sofas of every colour & shape, real friendship (better if sharing a beer of twos... ) and seaside. He deeply dislikes politcs (mainly all the xenophobe part of them) and religion (when it becomes more like a factory), he hates Wall Street and wild capitalism, trash TV shows, broccolis and diets.
